This was to have Windows 11 Home but just discovered it is the S mode which is causing problems for me. Cant download a program I paid for as a result.

Nothing it’s defective and not working after a week and the service by Orbit is poor, they got my money for a defective item and refuse to give me a refund, poor poor, very poor

This is our sixth Dell computer but the first that wasnt great out of the box. We ended up taking it in to the local Geek Squad because it could not boot up. The technician told us the hard drive was no good and that it wasnt the first they have seen to have this problem. (He called it a D2 drive.) His guess was that Dell sources hard drives from multiple vendors and one of those vendors had some bad drives. Whatever. Sad that I can no longer trust Dell. Returned the unit and awaiting refund.

Replaced a 1.5 year old hp that assumed room temp. So far so good, hp makes junk now. Even their printers stink

Inexpensive, but it shows, not very sturdy and battery life sucks.

Set up was pretty easy and favorites etc. came in with no issues. Screen color seems a little off from my prior HP. Only issue I have at the moment is trying to use a lap-desk with it, laptop just slides off of it due to the section of screen had hangs below the laptop when open - very annoying;
