Great product! It is functional and very light I’ve used many garment bags and all of those were heavier! This is my second one from this German company. I see progress on the model. I like the new leather handle and applications. Now as a frequent traveler, with up to 10 trips per month, I like this so much I have no ideas to improve this product. Lightens and design is a must to travel compact and move fast in and out of airplanes and through airports.

Great product! Love the design and every element. Super-functional, super-light and looks great, with good pocket placement. One downside: Titanium hanger hook broke off! I guess strong and light when welded in wrong way is not unbreakable! Disappointment after only 3-6 months of intermittent use in a few trips. I wrote the Company an email asking if I needed to send the entire garment bag together with broken hanger back to them to claim the 2-year product warranty. To my surprise, Frank Degeler wrote me a very nice email back telling me it would be taken care of with a new hanger sent my way! Sure enough, a few weeks later (after the busy holiday season), a package from Germany arrived with the new hanger. Superb product and superb customer service (not at all what I was expecting —- as someone who used to live in London, I do not associate the EU with good customer service...!). Kudos, would encourage others to buy this high-quality garment bag — despite hanger glitch —- and feel confident a company that backs up its products (if out of warranty, I understand the hanger can be purchased separately). 5-star product and 5-star service.

This bag is decent if you’re shorter. I’m 6’1” and my blazers/jackets are about 6 inches too long for the bag. It will fit, but they bunch at the bottom and negates the wrinkle-free effect you’re looking for in a garment bag. It’s also not nearly worth the money. It’s a nice bag, but I have an old $50-ish bag that feels to be the same quality. The best part is the hanger.

I bought this garment bag to transport suits and sport jackets on multi-day business trips. Upon initial comparison to other products, it met all of my specs: style, versatility, durability, organizational. Admittedly, I was initially skeptical at this price point, but it is evident a lot of time was spent designing this bag with an emphasis on functionality. Overall, I would recommend this bag as an addition to ones travel gear.

This is German engineering! The bag is tough and still light. Looks classy. And is just perfect to protect your suits whilst keeping them out of the carry on (and both will go thru as a carry on). Would buy it again. There is nothing comparable around.

I love it when companies get customer service right! I recently ordered a Degeler SkyHanger bag via Amazon (had to use those points!). When it arrived it was missing a snap. I traveled with the bag a few times and loved it. Very light weight and wickedly strong. After asking another passenger on a flight to Madrid to sneak a peek at his bag, I saw he had the snap my bag was missing. I wrote to #degeler company, thinking they would be interested to know that one of their high-quality products had a defect. Less than one hour (1 hour!!), I head from the CEO of the company. Within two days a new bag was at my door, with a return box and a DHL label. Mr. Degeler was friendly, concerned about his customer and the defective product and set things right without question. Remember, I used Amazon points to pay for the bag. Great customer service!

Just too expensive for what it is.

Great functionality, nice materials and well thought out design. Use it weekly for car and plane travel.
