The tower did not work.. nothing would come up on the monitor. We tried different cords and monitor and the screen was always blank. We called tech Susan’s sat on hold for over an hour still no help.

Its my second cyberpower computer and its been a great experience!

Computer kept crashing until it died three months after I bought it. Tried everything but couldnt get it to work again. Support did nothing. Really disappointed.

My overall experience has been great. Inside the box there were big foam protectors around the computer and a foam bag inside the computer. When I opened the pc none of the cables were disconnected and connecting the rest of the cables was very easy. the pc itself looks amazing and setting it up was so quick and easy the computer did most of the work. It even came 5 days earlier!

Great value PC, I ordered 2: 1 for work and 1 for gaming, overall it works great and the only trouble I had is that audio jack is not generating stereo well sometimes (have to turn it to get it to work) and on one mouse the scrolling wheel is not working properly. But I wasnt really buying this for accessories and thats all the complaints I have.

So far everything is good.

Overall the pc is great for gaming. A few cons though. When I got the pc, first thing I was going to do was add my hdd, but guess what, my pc did not come with a shelf for my hdd, OR a sata data cable. The shelf isnt a big problem since im not going to be able to hear it or anything, but the fact that it didnt come with a sata data cable is kind of annoying because I have to go out of my way and buy one. Other than that, the pc runs fine.

Worst tech support alive

This is amazingly fast next gen gaming computer! I bought it in order to play the new games that are coming out at the highest graphics settings and I am truly happy with the results! Although not the newest game out, Cyberpunk 2077 runs great at the highest video setting. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting a gaming computer at a reasonable price.
