Very quiet runs fast.

Its a super easy setup with part you wont have to upgrade parts for a long time, the Tech Support is quick and patient with people who have never had a PC before and walk you through every step if needed.

It isn’t loud for gaming or anything else. The rgb don’t want to change despite me putting in new batteries. Does need to upgrade storage and more. Good for starter

The Cyberpower manufacturing warranty is very deceptive and their customer service is really bad. The manufacturing warranty does not make it clear that you are only covered for 1 year if you do not purchase directly from Cyberpower. The warranty says the company warrants that the product (desktop) will be free of any defects in material and workmanship for three years for labor and one for parts. Again, this is not the case if you buy it from Amazon or another third party. Finally, it’s very hard to reach Cyberpower tech support. The first time is spent two hours on hold. When I finally got to somebody the guy was a bit impatient. I would not recommend a Cyberpower PC. The one I have keeps blue screening and I’m stuck with it.

I have been using this pc for about a month now and really have had no problems. For gaming the best optimal monitor is a 144hz monitor. Everything works perfectly fine, but I would consider an ethernet cable for better internet speed. Really good Product!!!

I was so apprehensive about this purchase because the reviews are so hit or miss, but there was a crazy discount on it that made it under $700 and my son wanted a gaming PC for Christmas. I figured I wasnt out nearly as much as if I went another route so decided to try it and fingers crossed it worked on Christmas day. It has totally surpassed all of our expectations. Ive never had to contact customer service so I have no opinion there, but as far as the PC itself goes, we have been more than happy with it. No issues AT ALL running any games and hes a teenager so he plays all the newest stuff. Its quiet, runs great, no issues at all. No clue how this thing is priced so low. Now Im waiting for the price drop again so I can get one.

for a pc that is on the cheap side its really good and can run most games and so far the fans arent really loud

Came with MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Ventus OC edition GPU! Very good value and would definitely recommend!!!!!!!
