This computer was good for 3 months, then konked out on me. So I contacted the company and they had me send it back for a free fix. Which after being fixed and sent back my way, it never came back. UPS had lost my package. I understand that part isnt there fault, but what follows is. After a long pain-staking 3 week process of filing a claim. CYBERPOWERPC decided to begin making a replacement without saying anything to me. In fact I only learned after sending numerous messages to them. Then over the next 4 and half months I played a terrible game of cat and mouse with them about what was going on with it and when I would receive it. I only just received the replacement last week and it has already shown many problems. It took them 4 and a half months to build a computer with a few bent pieces, connection problems, poor circulation, and a small list of more minor issues. Save your money, use it to buy a computer you know will work. Avoid not just this product but also the company.

PC arrived quickly and everything works great. No problems at all

I got this PC specifically for gaming, and it works great for gaming alone but also as a school computer for distance learning obviously. The build is very high-end, RTX graphics cards are always amazing. Runs games at max graphics settings high fps ranging 140-400 depending on the game. The price is very fair for the quality you get. The only problem i have found with this PC has been that it defaults to windows 11, but thats not the fault of the PC itself, its just windows 11 is not very good for gaming. But a windows 10 downgrade is very simple and easy to perform, so its not a problem.

It took me a while to decide which gaming tower i wanted to buy. There are a lot of options out there. When this tower arrived, it was well packed, with fool-proof instructions. Ive been waiting for two years to upgrade, and Im very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!
