Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD, up to 560MB/s - CT1000MX500SSD1

First time buying an SSD that wasnt a Samsung. Its an SSD and it works, cant really tell a speed difference between it and the usual Samsungs I buy, dont care to run any tests. Installed it as a secondary drive for game installs on my Asus GU501MG gaming laptop and it works just fine for that purpose.

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro and it has new life!! I work in a computer department on weekends and am around fast and snappy computers all the time. Upgrading to this SSD was a cost effective way to keep my Mac going for a little longer. It was easy and I was able to make the mechanical drive into an external!! Win, win!!

Put one of these in a brand new laptop. Instant cure for whatever was going on. Mechanical HD the laptop came with was a dog from day one. It was slow, it couldnt multitask.....to the point I hated my new laptop. Decided to do something different. Chose the Crucial 1TB SSD based on price and reviews. It wasnt the most expensive, yet still had great reviews. It was even rated the best on some obscure review sites on the webs. The cloning process was easy, just a few clicks of next and a proceed. Once it told me it was done, I did the physical swap, and couldnt believe how fast it is. The boot up was literally a few seconds. Multitasking.....not a problem. It can run a background virus scan, download updates, and still surf the webs...all at the same time, unlike the original HD. Personally I think something was wrong with it, but who cares now?

Llego en buen estado, y al parecer por los dias que lo llevo usando, va todo perfectamente sin inconvenientes, lo recomiendo por ahora, ya veremos al pasar de los dias.

Only has 960gb of memory not 1tb
