My laptop computer works faster after installing the additional ram. Installation was easy.

I went to the HP support website to make sure I had the specifications for memory for my laptop. The 4 GB card that came with the computer was not even sufficient to operate Microsoft Excel without constantly swapping with disk space. Everything ran extremely slow because MS does a lousy job making their software efficient. This card fixed that problem. Once you have the PC open changing the memory card is a snap. It can only be installed one way so messing that part up is impossible. Opening the computer is the hard part.
