Installed in laptop works great

I installed this on an HP Pavilion laptop to up my RAM from 12 to 16 gb. It was a challenge to get the computer apart and back together but the install was easy. So far, however I have not seen a significant improvement in performance. It appears that my computer may not recognize the new card. Im still trying to figure it out. The card itself is a good buy.

These memory modules were purchased for installation in a new 27-inch iMac which came with only 8 megabytes of RAM. The base iMacs contain 2 4-megabyte RAM modules and two empty memory slots. These 8-megabyte modules were easy to insert in the empty slots and brought the computers total memory to 24 megabytes. They worked flawlessly.
