I have tried two other brands for RAM that was supposedly compatible with my laptop. I kept getting the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) at random times with those. I found Crucial by researching again and they stated on their website that it is 100% guaranteed to be compatible. Sure enough, I installed both modules and I have not had any more BSOD and my laptop is so much faster. I can now edit videos as originally planned! I rarely write reviews, yet this one deserved a written review after all the trouble I went through with previous brands. Thank you Crucial!

Received a 3200 mhz module with 22 latency but my system only supports 2400mhz so its working fine. I paired this with Hynix 8gb 2400mhz and no problem at all, system runs perfectly in Dual channel, games run a bit faster.

Just installed into my 2017 27 iMac and it works perfectly - even though it is not a certified For Mac product.

This memory worked fine no problems. The laptop recognized memory as soon as I turned laptop on. Not everyone can install this memory. It depends on your laptop
