It lets me cut 4-1/2” bias strips, then cut those quickly into 2-1/4” strips.

They are accurate, and easy to use. Accurate measurements are very important when cutting material for quilting

Great ruler for squaring up large blocks. Bonus is that it grips and doesnt slip on fabric...big plus for beginners. I dont buy any other templates or rulers but CG thats my brand to go to.

Creative grid rulers have slip deterrents on the back. This alone puts them at the top of the heap. They make for more accurate cutting.
