Computer crashed, got a new set of RAM because error code came out and said memory hardware issue. Switch out the memory and worked perfectly. I wanted a replacement, but instead I had to settle for a refund. Now the same memory cost a lot more than what I previously paid for. However, the Amazon agent tried to get me a replacement instead but was unsuccessful. Kudos! To her for trying.
