Since I received this assortment back in September, it has paid for itself a dozen times over in saved time. It saved me from having to make needless trips to one of my suppliers for just the right spring. And it has saved me from not being able to complete a repair because the supplier was closed. If you rebuild carburetors, hydraulic fluid valves, pumps, etc, you will need this kit eventually because one of their many springs is bound to become lost in the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly process. It happens to me more often than I like to think about, and I’ve been doing this for over sixty years. Now, I don’t have to worry about a lost spring because the odds are that I will find one to replace it in this assortment. Peace of mind alone is worth the $21.99 that this kit sells for.

If you need a smallish spring (or several) these will probably work for you. The paper liner shows sizes and compression strength. Good value.

I love that this kit comes in a plastic container with dividers and each compartment is labeled. Highly recommend.

I was looking for some very small springs to use in some 3d printed objects. When I read the measurements, they have AxBxC where A and B are the inner diameter and outer diameter ID and OD. By size, they should be very small, which is what I wanted. The smallest shows an ID of .018 or .45mm. Thats less than half a millimeter. On a ruler, the smallest wire is closer to 1/8 or .125. Thats a massive difference. As far as the spring feel and quality, they should do well to work wherever they may fit. But, size-wise, I believe the print is way off. Due to this difference, theyre now all much bigger than anything I was anticipating using them for, but Im sure I can make them work somewhere. My rating is mostly based on the representation of size.

Springs are a nightmare to keep track of. Super easy to lose and nearly impossible to find replacements. Most of the time you dont have a second one to compare size when going to the hardware store you have to guess. These have a good quantity and assortment for medium sized stuff. Comes well labeled with sizes in each slot, force rating. Quality seems good. Faster than a trip to the store and more convenient that looking for 30 minutes to find the original one that flew out.

You get a lot of springs with this set and theyre all great. From looking through them I didnt see any that have any real issues at all. They are a bit thicker of a wire so they have some good strength and rebound. While they dont exactly replace some springs there is enough variety in here that you can find one that works for whatever your use.

Nice packaging. They actually got here without being mixed up. Also, the box got here in one piece. The quality seems pretty good. They certainly will work in smaller projects. None of the ones I have used have broken, so thats good.

I am a 3D printer user to develop and calibrate a variety of functional custom parts. A number of these include the need for springs and this set works perfect for tuning my designs with the prefect amount of spring force. This kit allows me to try different sizes until I find that perfect match for the design. These springs are sized well and the variety of force are nice to have on hand. Being stainless steel means I dont have to worry about them corroding and changing force. All in all this is the perfect set for my hobby needs. Well worth a full 5 stars.

This is a good spring assortment to have on hand for when you take something apart and a spring goes missing. This set had the size I needed (this time), plus I didnt have to sort through a bunch of mixed sizes to find what I needed.
