Im an original Colgate user, so being able to try out Colgate Total Whitening looked pretty interesting. Positives: Colgate Total Whitening has a much more minty-fresh taste than regular Colgate which makes my teeth and breath feel really clean. Love how the tube is actually recyclable and hope Colgate rolls that out to all of their toothpaste. The active ingredient helps fight cavities, gingivitis, and sensitivity. Negatives: Im not a dentist, but pretty sure nowhere in the description does Colgate specifically say This toothpaste will whiten your teeth. Thats because there is no actual teeth whitening ingredients anywhere in the toothpaste (no hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide listed). For example, Crest White Strips include hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient for teeth whitening. This toothpaste doesnt have any of that. Overall, for $9.99/2pack this is still a great toothpaste and price point as long as you dont expect it to whiten your teeth, only to protect your teeth from cavities, gingivitis, and sensitivity.

I have been a colgate user for my teeth for as long as I can remember. I usually go for something minty or charcoal. When I saw this pop up in my feed, I knew for the amount of tubes and the price this was a no brianer. Love the minty flavor as it tingles in my mouth and makes me feel like my teeth and tongue are super clean.

Colgate Total is a great toothpaste if you have tooth sensitivity but dont want to give up whitening. It is minty but not overpoweringly so. Leaves the mouth feeling fresh. With consistent use it does improve tooth sensitivity. I like that it has antibacterial properties as well. It has all the good stuff and is now my go-to toothpaste.

This Colgate toothpaste has a pleasant mint flavor that is not overwhelming, with just enough kick for you to enjoy your brushing, rinse and move on with your day. I cant speak to the whitening capabilities, as that takes weeks, if not months to really show.

I love this toothpaste, it tastes great! I’ve always been a fan of Colgate varieties because they don’t leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth, like other leading brands. This foams up easily in my mouth, which is crucial to me feeling like I’ve gotten a good clean. These are large tubes, and I love that it comes in a 4 pack so that I always have extra on hand. Definitely a favorite!

The product is awesome and the price for two units can not be better even though the flavor could be better.

I’ve been using this brand for years and they have never let me down. I love the fresh minty taste and they help fight germs and sensitivity.
