This is not the first time I have order this toner, and thats because it generates a high-quality print product. I have never had any problems with smudged or faded prints. I will continue to buy this toner every time I need more.

1. No instructions, even though the process of preparing the cartridge for installing is not the same. I dont remember ever having been required to pull a piece of tape as long as the entire cartridge out of it before inserting into the printer. The tape is thin and long, so you HOPE that while you are pulling by one end, a piece of the tape was not left in the cartridge and ruin the printer.

These cartridges are so much less expensive than name brands and work just as well!
