Calvin Klein Womens Petite Long Sheath with Embellished Sleeves

I really needed a new dress and I thought the sparkles made this dress special. They were lovely, its true. The dress could have been as well. The material is scratchy and cheap. The colour was a bit off too, almost brown undertones. There is no lining, which is totally inappropriate for a dressy occasion. I felt that rhe size chart was off, but that could be some operator error with the measuring tape, on my part. I ended up ordering the 6P, but the 8P was the one that should have fit according to the chart and my measuring job. The 6P fit fairly well, but was longer than I expected it to be given that it is a petite. This dress is so cheaply made, I was skeptical it was a genuine Calvin Klein product. $87 was far too much for this big box store special. So sad.

This is going to be a strange review, but the dress was beautiful and fitted my mother perfectly for her funeral. Her favorite color was RED. Our family couldnt get into her assisted care facility due to COVID breakthrough cases, so we had to find a dress for her quickly. As she was already deceased, we had to guess if the dress was going to be true to size, and it was! She looked beautiful as she laid in her casket in a dress that looked to be custom fitted for a woman who was known as an amazing seamstress. She was a petit woman, but the Petit 8 was true to size, the color was a true red, and the quality of the dress was well made.
