Bose QuietComfort 45 Bluetooth Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones, Midnight Blue - Limited Edition

Item is not working well, connection is lost continuously so I cannot use it as expected.

These Bose QC45 are comfortable, but that is the best thing I can say about them. Bose went down (in a bad way) with this model... The ANC is inconsistent, does not work when using the audio cable, and the sound is mediocre at best. I purchased these to replace my Bose QC35ii that I unfortunately lost. I did like my QC35, but these were a disappointment. Ended up returning and replacing with the more expensive Bose 700 (decision that I regretted later). In short: Bose has become a mediocre, overrated brand. Would not recommend!

Ive had these for at least a year now and I like them but they definitely have some pros and cons. They have good sound quality and I enjoy being able to change audio setting in the app. When I first got them I loved the sound quality. After having them for a while there are a few things I would tweak. There are times in which one side has a high pitched noise during music or pauses for a second. Im not sure if its just because Ive logged over 1,500 hours of use or if its because of certain songs. So, be aware that if you use them for 5 hours or more per day they might not last for too long. I also enjoy how they arent tight on my head, it means I dont get headaches when wearing them. But, they arent stable enough for me to work out in them or go for a walk etc, even on the smallest size (F, 22 most hats are too big on my head, for reference). I wish the ear cushions were more easily interchangeable, too. After using the for so long itd be nice to switch them out easier. Overall great sound and quality, but for the price I might look into a few of the other brands.

I took a chance on buying like new refurbished headphones but they broke after 4 months. When working, the headphones are great - just as advertised. Definitely buy new directly from Bose instead of buying refurbished used ones.

1. This new and latest version, Bose QuietComfort 45 has only 75% volume as max, compared to that of of the previous version, Bose QuietComfort 35 II.

Used to have the Sony WH1000XM4s until the left hinge failed on me after two years. (Its a common issue with Sony XM headphones, and I suggest you stay far away from them). One of the first things that caught my attention is the unique Stone color. Its a refreshing departure from the usual black or silver headphones and adds a touch of sophistication to my listening experience. The premium materials and attention to detail in the construction of these headphones are evident, and the Stone color truly sets them apart.

Highly recommended.
