Bloc Loc Half Square Triangle Multiple-Sized 6-1/2 Quilting Ruler with Grid Lines

Started using this ruler/squaring tool and it definitely is a game changer. Was very pricey for a piece of plastic, but having the right tool really helped. Now all my HSTs are square and not wonky. A must buy if you want to get better with your quilting.

As a more beginning quilter this tool was invaluable in helping me square up all the HSTs for a quilt I made my sister. It was made entirely with half square Triangles and if they arent squared up properly, things can go wonky super fast. This tool let me easily and quickly square up my blocks and made sewing everything together that much smoother. Ill definitely be purchasing more Bloc Loc rulers. This was my 1st quilt that ever required half square Triangles, and only the 6th quilt Ive ever made, and Im so glad I had this ruler to help me. I quilt a lot and really enjoy the process of piecing a quilt. Like others, I know that consistent seam allowance and squaring off the blocks is crucial to the end result. This tool makes it so easy to square off your finished blocks before joining the individual blocks together to form the quilt! I love this tool!

This is a great ruler! It saves so much time if you are making a lot of 1/2 square triangle blocks.

This little piece of plastic is a miracle tool. How often I have struggled with half square triangles that were off just enough to ruin the pattern on a quilt. Youll find a quick tutorial on YouTube, and off you go, into the world of perfect triangles. Get one - youll wish you had it a long time ago - I did!

Saw this used often on Missouri Star tutorials and it is worth it!
