It is rare that a company responds to a complaint the way this man did: he listened without being defensive. And when I finished, he immediately offered to send a new cone at their expense. He lived up to his word — it arrived today and is exactly as advertised. Im a quilter and in my opinion, Aurifil is the best thread.
