To preface, keep in mind that these are meant to be used as *studio monitors*, not cans to shake your head silly.

They need to address the design flaw in the plastic stopper underneath the earpiece hinge...if it breaks, and it will, it requires repair or the phones will not remain fitted firmly to your ear. I have two pairs of these, and though the sound quality is great, the build quality is less than desirable given my experience with the first set and the difficulty in doing a self repair. Docked one star for major design flaw and maintenance-heavy.

These headphones provide a great listening experience for new audiophiles looking to dip a toe in the high-end headphone market and the average music listener alike. Great headphones. If you are looking at Beats, well you are an idiot because despite what a washed up rapper has to say, they suck. These pick up sounds you havent even heard before if you are listening on cheap headphones now. The case on the other hand........... The zipper broke the 2nd time I opened it. Thats the only reason for 4 stars because the main component of this is the headphones which are an easy 5 stares. The case. 2 starrs.

As a loyal Bose headphone guy I was forced to get headphones that were not active noise cancelling. As passive noise isolation and quality sound I am impressed. I really like these headphones.

Ok, so heres the deal with these headphones. I am a DJ in Chicago and was in the market to replace my Beat Pros. Bottom line, these are the absolute best headphones for the dollar. If youre looking for headphones with great bass AND clarity, these are the route to go. The beat the Beats all day!
