I just plugged it in and it was compatible with my 2020 Microsoft Surface Pro. No need to download any drivers. I just got it today and so far it does everything that I was hoping it would. I’m solely using it as a portable second monitor for my laptop so I can do some work while away on vacation. The picture quality is good and I’m happy with the brightness. The stand is sturdy (I was looking for a non-folio stand) and it comes with a nice cover as well. I’ll update later if there are any glitches or issues that pop up later.

Quick easy setup. Worked perfect out of the box. Great picture quality.

Really wanted to like this product but the quality was very poor and it’s ancient in terms of how long it’s been in production. Really disappointed you cannot make many adjustments to the display.

Didnt work when it arrived. Screen was fine and logo came up when it was plugged into computer, but then the screen goes blank. No user manual or anything included with monitor. Asus help is totally worthless.

Product did not work. The cord then short circuited my brothers monitor (same one brand)..now his doesnt work

Like other reviews are verifying. This screen eventually stops working. You are better off getting something else that wont stop working on you. It keeps turning on and off / flickering. Unsuable.

Unless theres a fix for the consistent disconnecting and reconnecting that it does, I dont recommend it. Go with something USB-C as in my experience its way more reliable.
