My son called tech support and they advised him to do something that would void the warranty. now we are stuck with a $639 paperweight. We have contacted the company and get the run around.

Greater than one weekI havent had time to do much more than the initial setup, but so far Im very pleased. Not being a computer whiz, I can only say everything appears to work as described. The picture is vibrant. The keyboard is comfortable. Speed is very good. I am hoping this ASUS will be as good as my previous ASUS. So far I am pleased.

> 3 dayExelente precio! Despues de varios dias de buscar y analizar...ordene esta Asus, con 512 SSD, Ryzen 7 y 8 RAM, Asus es una marca muy confiable. Las otras opciones que encontre con las mismas especificaciones estaban sobre los $700... por lo que ha sido una muy buena compra! La laptop llego en exelente estado, nueva en su caja original y muy bien empacada...
