> 3 dayCame a little late, but amazon took care of it. Got it unpacked and booted up 1st thing i noticed was the cpu was only clocked @ 2.3ghz its advertised as a 4ghz cpu which is only jus over half as advertised!! extremely mad!!! And before anyone thinks, well hey jus OC it. Except the cpu chipset doesnt work with overclocking software.... so now stuck between a rock and a hard place, as i need the laptop for my shop.

> 3 dayI wanted a laptop for word processing, excel, internet on the go. This hits the mark. Its lightweight, fast, and feels well constructed. Its biggest weak point is the sound, which sounds kind of muffled and weak. Its acceptable quality. Battery might be less than expected at about 2 to 2.5 hours off the hook. I got in on sale for $400, however. I dont think Id pay more than that.

> 3 dayI have owned many HP laptops in the past and the ASUS is leaps and bounds better than HP laptops. The laptop is very solid, lightweight and the Ryzen 7 processor is fast. Boot time is 6 seconds and the TF memory slot is great for backups. I have installed a 1 TB TF card for backups. The screen for being 15 appears as big as the 17 HP laptops I have had. The small numeric keypad is nice for a small keyboard format. The value is amazing, only $549.00!!!

> 3 dayBought this lap top for my son on February 2021. After 7 months using it, is not working any more. Motherboard is damaged which is one of the most important parts of a lap top

> 3 dayMy 5 year old laptop suddenly died and I needed a new one ASAP. I didnt want to rush into buying one so I took my time, did a bit of home work, priced various options and makes on Amazon and this one fit the bill. I am very happy with my decision. Great memory. Ease of use. Very responsive. Loads amazingly fast.

> 3 daySo the laptop is good for what I need. Perfect really. Unfortunately, about a week ago a strange line of gray smudge appeared on my screen. It wasnt wide at all and stretched about a 4th of the screen with a dot at the end separated randomly. You can only really see it on darker colors, otherwise not at all. Though, if the screen is black (like its on but black), you can see a faint, large spread smudge of red pixels across a decent part of the screen. I have not dropped it or damaged it, and its pretty much just been closed in my backpack and opened at work. Whats up with this? I thought it would go away, but it has not unfortunately. Its still works fine though disregarding that.

> 3 dayI bought several of these instead of using chrome books for my kids school year. I am totally impressed with the quality of Asus products. All of them booted up, the screens were perfect, and they updated themselves flawlessly. These are nicer than the price commands. They have decent dedicated graphics and will last for years before I need to upgrade.

> 3 daythe mousepad does its own thing, I used ASUS for years in my recording studio but this is criminal. The touchpad has a mind of its own, and the support is terrible...sad a good company went this way...never trust ASUS
