This ASUS laptop is very impressive given the price. It has a lot of great features for the gamer or general computer user that wants a little more style on their laptop. The style and case are attractive, with the light up keyboard making it even more fun. The keyboard has excellent function as well, no sticking keys and very responsive to typing or key binds for games. It includes a full sized number pad to the right as well. The sound is good and the 15.6 screen is clear and crisp with the 120 Hz Full HD IPS display. The colors are vivid and bright with good contrast. The addition of the NVIDIA card for graphics really makes a difference.

I got this laptop back in July, and its still running perfectly. If you are wanting this laptop for gaming I recommend upgrading your memory to 16gb or higher depending on what you are wanting. Battery life is pretty okay, I can do homework on it for about 1.5 before I have to charge it. The fans can get a little loud while youre gaming, but that is to be expected of a laptop. All in all its a really good on the go or a low budget gaming laptop. It runs minecraft on medium-high settings at about 60-90 fps with the 16gb of ram. I can also run Rainbow 6 at medium settings with 60 fps. For Valorant I run high settings and Im getting a steady 60fps with it. This laptop is also good for someone who wants to start streaming. Youll definitely want a better mic, but the built in webcam works perfectly for a beginner in streaming.

I like this laptop a lot for playing games, including on high graphics settings. The problem is that it seems to be very unreliable. It has blue screened many times since Ive had it, about a month or so, including one time that was bad enough that windows stopped loading and I had to use a windows 10 recovery to reinstall.

Awesome budget gaming laptop. Upgraded it to 32 gigs of ram and added a 1tb hybrid firecuda.

I’ve bought and used a lot of laptops over the last few years and this one ranks near the top. The overall performance is very good and I’m able to play some hi-end games easily. That is, as long as I don’t run it on “silent mode”. And I don’t really need to anyway because this machine is quiet compared to others I’ve used. Best to reserve silent mode to non-resource-intensive applications like word processing. The keys feel good while typing, strong and well-built without that clacky noise. I also like the extra wide spacebar.

For always having a computer that could never run anything, even at the lowest setting, this is a HUGE improvement. The graphics are great, the color changing keyboard is neat, its sleek and clean-cut. Only 2 downsides are the battery life isnt so great when gaming, and mouse pad buttons can only be pressed one at a time (for example, cant aim and shoot simultaneously)

Is a good computer for the price, dont get me wrong. The GPU is mid grade, and functions great for low budget gamers who want to keep the energy usage low. The computer has two fans, and you can control how loud they are through certain apps on the computer, which is tight, and also how well the cpu and gpu run, in addition to a bunch of other power options. However, the GPU (i5) processor, is way too weak for this things. Games like fallout 4 run pathetically, with the gpu clocking at a consistent 45-50%, and the cpu going crazy on the highest settings. I have done extensive testing. Also, the description says it came with a Ryzen processor, but this one happened to come with an Intel i5. Also a side note, the computer has 8GB of RAM memory, but you can put up to 16GB, which is nice, I did it myself.
