Bought this as a new laptop but It arrived without a charger, with a broken screen and packaged in a random box!

On two separate occasions, the left third of the keyboard has just stopped working. The first time I tried updating software, restarting, and all manner of things. This was probably the second time I used the computer. It magically started working again several hours later. That was a few months ago. It just stopped again, prompting me to write this.

amazons false advertizing be carful latly amazon sells you stuff that dosent have as describe and made me lose 489 dollers i installd a program that is for work only works on 1 pc and if i get it on another pc it will not work unless i pay 489 again amazon denise to re inbers me for my 489 since there site description was incorect and they denied me to atleast replace the parts i am not asking for money back or enything just want the parts that my gameing laptop is supost to have but dose not

La potencia que tiene a la hora de jugar y trabajar ya sea como productor o diseñador gráfico. solo veo un único punto que no me agradó mucho que son las temperaturas a la hora de jugar juegos muy exigentes
