Great tablet very versatile...only complaint is hard to see keys..only gave 4 stars for this

Not Acceptable for my intended uses. Returned, after much delay from Amazon (shipped immediately, but the Return button was not available for over three weeks). Spent hours on chats trying to get this resolved. Amazon has lost my electronics business, after years as a totally satisfied Prime member.

The display is excellent , the touchpad is very responsive and I love the backlit keyboard. I had originally purchased an HP Chromebook but found the display had little or no contrast and there was no backlit keyboard. I tend to be up very early in the morning and could not see the keyboard on the HP. With the ASUS everything shines. I was a little hesitant to swich from a Windows based laptop to a Chromebook but the transition has been flawless so far. This is lightweight and blazing fast. Love it.

As far as the functionality of this unit its works well. I have a hard time physically opening the unit itself. Also, the letters on the silver keyboard are very difficult to see even with them fully lit. So I am returning it because of those reasons.

Everything about this Chromebook was great except its usibility. I would use it right next to my old hp laptop and the pages would load right away on the hp but on this there would be a circle saying loading for close to five minutes. I exchanged it twice with the same problem before I just returned it. Way too slow and it wasnt my internet because everything else connected to my wifi worked just fine!

Blazing fast on the internet. Not a suitable substitute for a laptop.

What a piece of garbage. We bought TWO of these 10 months ago. They both have the exact same problem with the keys not working, and now one of them won’t even turn on. For over $300, wouldn’t you expect better quality? When contacting the company they let us know it wasn’t covered under warranty, less than one year old, same problem. Very disappointing and can not recommend at all!
