Its a great value laptop for the money. I use it for work on the go and it does everything I need. I particularly like that it is USB-C charging so I can charge it on my battery bank.

Description says touchscreen. Not a touchscreen. Im even asked to star-rate the touchscreen. Need the Chromebooks now to start homeschooling tomorrow so I guess they got me by the balls. Touchscreen was preferred but not a dealbreaker. Also was under the impression that the screen folded all the way back, whats the point of it being able to only go far enough to lay flat? Seems like a useless feature, but if its not touchscreen what would the point be? Other than that it looks cheap, feels cheap, and will probably break easy so make sure the warranty cards are dealt with ASAP.

This does not have Windows 10 as advertised.

Unless you’re used to using one of these laptops of this friend, I would stick with a Windows or Apple product

Im generally a fan of ASUS but that came to an abrupt halt with this. Bought it for my Daughters college. She opened it on her 3rd day of school and the hinges broke through the screen. ASUS said they would fix it so I sent it off. Its been 3 months and I still get the reply we are so sorry for the delay you are experiencing. We are doing everything we can. They have not done anything and cant give me any answers.

Its a basic set up so dont expect too much. Have to say the screen resolution is barely manageable but again, you get what you pay for. For the rice, its still a good option. You wont wow any of your friends or colleagues with it but it will generally get you where you need to be. Keep your expectations realistic and you will be OK with this.
