From day one it had memory errors and rebooted sometimes several times in a row. Now it stopped working the screen is blank even when I connect to a monitor

I purchased it with 17gb of RAM but it came with 20gb. Was supposed to be a 256gb SSD but it came with a 1000gb SSD. Bonus. Paid the expedited shipping, $65, but it took almost a week so the fee was waived! Sweet. It is a lot heavier than I thought so I assume the case is much stronger than my five year old ASUS laptop.

Did not work upon arrival, attempted to return, return was cancelled on their end after date of acceptable return so it was considered invalid

I have owned the computer for over a week, and I find sometimes it will just freeze up and I have to hold the power tab for nearly a minute before it responds and shuts down. I realize it was a returned unit that I purchased, but so far this is the only problem with the unit.

The laptop is great but I ordered a used one that said it had nothing wrong with it and was like new until I tried to use the camera and I got the message no camera connected and that sucked cause I can’t do school but now a couple months after I bought it, it randomly freezes up and won’t turn back on for around 10 minutes and when I tried to message the guy he never responded so if you do buy this, buy a new one.

I dont know much about computers, but my kid does. Weve had it for 3 months now. He is a 13 year old gamer and says this computer is awsome! According to him, it has great graphics, no glitching, good batter life, looks cool, nice storage, etc. He says its perfect and his friends like it too.

I like the size & weight. Colors on the screen are bright. I am pleased. Out tech guy who transferred xata from my old laptop to this ASUS was really impressed. He may buy one for himself.

It doesn’t hold a charge and keeps shutting off randomly.
