> 3 dayThe board is fine and works well - but I became suspicious when the shipping time was more than two weeks. True Arduino boards are manufactured in Italy - when the package arrived from China, I was very suspicious indeed. The Arduino site has a specific page on how to identify counterfeits (http://arduino.cc/en/Products/Counterfeit). The biggest give-away was the component 501 K located next to the voltage regulator - the website explains that this is a specifically made component - mine was clearly FAKE! The map of Italy screen printed on the back of the board was a giveaway too - they counterfeiters obviously though this was a logo of sorts, and not a piece of geography; they got that one wrong too! Greater than one weekWhen I plug it into my PC, the Arduino says this board is uncertified. So its definitely a fake.

> 3 dayBeing a weary shopper due to all of the Arduino clones floating about I was very pleased with this board as it arrived quickly and in great working condition and as my second UNO its already been put to use. For anyone looking to get into Arduino the UNO is a great starting platform and I would recommend this item to anyone looking to break into Arduino development as well as encourage them to purchase from this vendor due to the validity of their product.
