Greater than one weekIt simply does what it’s supposed to do. I was exchanging a motherboard from a defective one, and knew I would probably need more paste since my CPU and stock cooler had come with thermal paste but I was exchanging the motherboard for a new one AFTER initially installing the CPU and heat sink to the defective board. I bought this paste after reading mostly positive reviews. It was pretty easy installing the paste after watching a couple of “How To” clips on the internet. I don’t know if it’s the newer type motherboard or the paste itself but I watched the temp DROP at least 10 degrees Fahrenheit. I STILL have enough to probably install at LEAST 4 more CPU’s, after spreading the thermal paste well with the included applicator. I would buy it again if needed.
