Außerdem muss man sich über Fehler (z.B. zu dickes Auftragen, Patzer bei der Auftragung,...) nicht große Sorgen machen, da die Wärmeleitpaste nicht elektrisch leitfähig ist und somit keine Schäden an der Elektronik anrichten kann.
