I would suggest this keyboard over any other

I bought this for my mom. She has trouble learning to use a laptop but an iPad is more user friendly to her. I gifted her this keyboard since she needs to type a lot on her iPad. It works really well, much better than I originally expected. The quality is great. I was concern about how can the stand can hold the weight of the iPad when looking at the pictures, but it is not an issue after trying it. The only down side is the price is too high for a keyboard, but nothing is cheap from Apple.

There’s a lot to love about the Magic Keyboard. The added trackpad and scissor-switch key turn the iPad Pro ever so close to being an actual laptop. But maybe too much?

I got this as an upgrade for my 2018 iPad Pro 11 Smart Keyboard and buying it damaged was worth the money saved. I paid for one that was supposed to have a 1 gash on the back but instead got one that was still in the factory wrap, but the original box must have been destroyed as it came in a plain box. It is worth buying used/damaged sometimes, especially with how many users are putting skins on their keyboards nowadays.

I am very unhappy as we bought this keyboard and my daughter is using it for school work and she asked why it is not like usual keyboard.

Very different dynamic from using the virtual keyboard or the Smart Keyboard. The trackpad makes a real difference. The UI is different but most differences are intuitive. Well engineered and a big plus to the experience. Adds some thickness to the footprint and the weight is real. But that means it is sturdy.

Quite simply the best and most thoughtfully crafted keyboard case for the 2018 and 2020 iPad Pro range. The keyboard experience is second to none and having used Brydge products in the past I can say this is way more satisfying to type on. Backlighting on keyboard is a nice addition, viewing angles are just fine and protection is adequate, unless you drop your iPad. Only downside was the price. It is vastly over priced but it is extremely high quality and the trackpad opens up a whole new world of possibilities for what is essentially a tablet. Now it’s closer than ever to being a computer. Highly recommended
