Apple MacBook Pro (13-Inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) - Space Gray (Previous Model)

I hate it!!! You have to spend hours to figure out how to use it. It is very hard to work with this MacBook . I am very disappointed with quality.

Okay so I bought a used Mac book pro and I got it just a couple days ago so I’ll probably be editing this review in a month to see how everything goes but as of right now this is one of the best purchases I’ve made so far, I’m a college student and not really a gamer so I wouldn’t recommend to get this MacBook if you’re planning on gaming to avoid stressing the laptop out. The most I’m ever gonna use this MacBook Pro is just for school, and editing photos/videos so those are the things Minor things so hopefully it won’t stress out the laptop to much but overall I was very skeptical on buying a used Mac book pro since the price is pretty expensive for a laptop and I can’t really offered to do repairs on a laptop so the over all quality is good the packaging came a little beat up but it wasn’t so bad to the point where it would effect the laptop so that’s good the laptop looks brand new didn’t come with any scratches on it so that’s a relief so the only cosmetic damage was really just on the package itself which isn’t to bad

Loved the design and how easy it is to use, I use this everyday for school and it’s worth every penny that you put into it would definitely recommend for anyone that needs a very fast moving laptop that is great for creating any and everything you can imagine

I bought this computer about 8 months ago and in the first month I got my fan being to loud, so I went to the apple store and they reset the settings and an issue was gone for a month or two. But eventually it came back again. Same story repeated and on third time they took it for a hardware repair. After that was done same issue appeared in couple months and on top of it my battery now doesnt even last for 1 hr, Apple quality. I called to apple support and they said the max we can do is to take for a repair AGAIN. So basically they are just postponing the time so factory warranty expires and they dont have to deal with it for free. Also they found a dent on a computer that wasnt there on previous visits and I still have the same issue but it doesnt matter. So to summarize I paid the highest price for this type of computer on the market, plus I got the worst customer service. After this would never recommend apple product to anyone. Be advised I never thought this would happen to me either.

I received this product with display function issue. This is an Amazon warehouse product. There is no warranty on it. I would not buy a warehouse produce in the future. 5 years amazon prime member, first negative review. Thanks for Amazon
