Apple MacBook Pro (13-Inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) - Space Gray (Previous Model)

I got my Macbook from Best Buy about 5 months ago and I love it. I have no had any issue with it so far, the butterfly keyboard issues have yet to happen to me, the computer is super fast and its great for use as a programmer.

Awesome purchase, offered at a discounted rate and available for payments options to prime members! Cant beat this deal, one thing to note is apple care cant be added when making payments however you can take it to the apple store and get applecare+ within the first 60 days of purchase for $270. Highly recommended in case any issues occur due to buying thru amazon

Was checked by Apple and they said that the logic board was on the verge of needing replacement and a battery that didn’t work and the only way it would work was if it was always connected to the wall ..I have returned item and have a tracking number and it says it’s been returned but on Amazon’s site it says it’s waiting for item.. I have also included in the return an Apple diagnostic report.

I love this computer! I am so glad we were able to purchase through amazon with payments. It is truly helpful for me as a student and I know the computer will serve me well in my career. I love the Touch Bar.

I have wanted a mac pro for a long time and decided I would go with model. It is exactly what I needed for my designs and photography business.

Funny story, I spend 1.4k on MacBook pro, look at what I get. Called Amazon, told me 3 days for investigation, nothing they can do. So now I have to fight with my wife for a minute to write this review. Really bravo Amazon!

I ordered this about a week ago and it was working great. However, once the battery power got to around 20%, it would shut off unexpectedly. I reset the SMC and NVRAM, but the same problem persisted. I took it to the Apple Store and they told me the battery was fine, but there was an issue with the logic board and recommended I get a replacement. I contacted Amazon and got a second MacBook the next day and the SAME PROBLEM happened with the battery and unexpected shutdowns. Im now returning for a refund.

The best computer I have ever had. Holds charge, easy to use, lots of storage, fast processor. Use it to teach music lessons online and recording accompaniment tracks during lessons. It can run multiple programs at once with no issues. Love it!!
