    Was a little disappointed with the screen it was obviously repaired and done a little sloppy, there was like dirt/dust on the inside of the screen. You can only tell when the screen is turned off, but was a little disappointed.

    So this is actually my second time purchasing a refurbished iPad. I like mine so much, I decided to purchase one for my mom as a Christmas gift. I wouldn’t call myself an electronic person but I am up to date on the new gadgets. I couldn’t tell that this was a refurbished device!

    I purchased this apple iPad for my grandson for his 4th bday. The battery life is great, easy for him to use. We havent had any issues as it being refurbished. I would reccomend this ipad for anyone. It was a great price!

    I’ve purchased two of these for my kids and decent, protective cases to protect them. Both of them have begun to bend in the middle, absurdly. One of them actually cracked the screen inside the case, even though it wasn’t dropped or mishandled. I don’t know if this is a trait of this model or what. I bought them both and they’ve lasted about a year before the bending started. It’s perplexing. Disappointed.

    I have bought renewed products before and been very satisfied. However this product was certainly not up to standard. Came with no power cord and instructions that tell you to charge the unit up before proceeding. So I went out and bought a power cord and charged it up. Then I find out that they did not provide a passcode and there is no way to sign into the unit. I wrote to the company and they provided instructions that told me to connect it to my computer and try upgrading its software. At this point I put the unit back in the box and returned it. I don’t work for the I.T. Department.
