It dies very quickly and takes a long time to reach 100 percent while charging. It will die while your using it on the charger.

The customer service support has been available to my questions. The IPad is used everyday for personal use. A close inspection showed me that it is a new without any signs of ware. The battery life remains strong.

Perfect for a child. Looked brand new and functions like new.

I was amazed by the condition of this refurbished IPad. It was essentially like new flawless. Battery holds its charge well. I wish the volume were slightly louder. My only complaint is the quality of the charger. It worked for 3 days and then stopped charging. It is obviously a low power unit which looks to be more at the level for charging a phone not really designed for IPads.

Battery slow to charge and ran down quickly. Review said should last ten hours but this one lasted about 2 hours which is unacceptable. Have sent it back for a replacement but no word on status. So far very poor experience with Amazon prime.
