> 3 dayWorks find converting USB TO USB-C, but on MacBooks (at least the touch bar MacBooks), it will drain your battery even during sleep. This is an issue with the MacBook, not this converter. Just be aware if your computer battery is at 0% in the morning.

> 3 dayThese adapters are at least as sturdy as other USB-C connections, with the weakest point still being the nib on the end. The adapter converts the USB-A as expected, and I did not notice any signal degradation or performance issues on the peripherals attached.

Greater than one weekWe just bought a new MacBook air and didnt realize that they now come with two USB 3 ports and earphone jack, so....... everything we had that was USB 2/ Of course Apple does not include an adapter with the computer. Fortunately found these in a two pack and are sized to fit side by side at the same time. They are basically a small bob much smaller than the more expensive Apple adapter which is a pigtail design and oh and did I say they come in a two pack? I keep them in my SSD case when not used but they are so compact that you can just as easily leave them attached to the cable of whatever external device you frequently use.
