> 3 dayUpdate: This CPU has heating issues, I upgraded my graphics card to an RTX 30 series which before was a GTX 980 TI didnt had that many issues except heating for no reason. I dont know why and at the end I just had to buy a 5600X which stays at 45C in idle while this CPU would give me 60c in idle and when I game it goes up to 86c and it turns off. I had this heating issue for a long time and was giving me stability issues so I upgrade to a 5600x which I just had to update the BIOS and boom no heating issues anymore. The stability is much better with my RTX 3060 in gaming. I just game so a 5600X is all that I need. This 2700X is going on sale on ebay if someone is using a water cooler in there system because a cheap fan is not enough for this CPU.

Greater than one weekI really wanted to give it 5 stars but I just cant. If I compare it to my wifes fx 8350 then yup it blows it out of the water 5 stars, but if I compare it to my Intel i7-7700k no real difference in performance to me. So the wife won out got the new pc and I am riding my pc another year out.

> 3 dayThis is a great processor - can handle any task that I can throw at it and probably more. The included cooler is effective except under very heavy load, but will not be something that I run with longer term.

> 3 dayIts fast. Very fast. Way better value than 9900K or anything intel has to offer. Handles everything you throw at it and shines even brighter at multi-threaded apps and multi tasking. Does not throttle. I also like that theres a feasible upgrade path for 2020.

Greater than one weekItem arrived in a pretty banged up AMD box, everything else looked okay so I continued with the CPU install. As I was putting it into the motherboard, 3/4 sides would drop down in to place fine. Took a closer look at pictures I took before putting the CPU in and found that 3+ pins were bent! Anyways, thank goodness for Amazons great tech support department, Im getting a replacement, however, this item is listed as NEW but the packaging and bent pins suggest otherwise. Ill give this review an edit when the new CPU arrives.
