> 3 dayThe product is great. The only reason Im leaving 3 stars is due to the horrible packaging from Amazon. Seriously why do they think it is acceptable to package a multi hundred dollar part in a soft squishy envelope. My box was only slightly damaged and looked to have not impacted the cpu, so I kept mine.

> 3 dayThis was part of a new PC build as a birthday Gift, stuck this on a B550 Plus Mini ATX motherboard. Easy installation, the cooling fan comes pre-coated with high performance thermal paste. My son was very happy to have this on his birthday. Monitoring the Temperature of the CPU stayed about 43C. Just very good all around. Hes able to play his PC games now without any buffering, on Max settings. I would purchase again. Great Price, Great Product. Thank you AMD!!!!! Putting the fun back in Gaming!!!!

> 3 dayI initially had issues with getting the motherboard to post with this CPU but I am fairly certain that the issue was the board and not the CPU. This CPU runs great and stays relatively cool with the out of box fan. So I say it is great value for money and stable performance. I have it in a gaming set up and I cannot wait until I upgrade my video card to the AMD 6700XT. I am currently using my old AMD 580X because of the ridiculous hike in GPU prices that occurred, which still has not returned to some sense of normalcy. The cost of GPUs are still too high!

25-09-2024Had to spend about 2 weeks tweaking bios settings and troubleshooting, including a full Windows reinstall, just to get my system in a place where it doesnt hard crash every 30 min. Truly awful consumer experience as someone with at least a little troubleshooting know how but no want or need to overclock or tweak. If you want something that works out of the box, this one isnt it. Even after all that bs Ive still had occasional hard crashes in various games. I really regret switching from Intel :( Performance doesnt mean anything if its not reliable!

> 3 dayI upgraded from an i5 4690k after doing a lot of research between Intel & AMD. While AMD has traditionally been fine for computers for my kids, I always preferred an Intel (minus a AMD 965 build I did years ago). Bottom line, Intels just gamed and aged better... then came Zen 3.
