It is working amazing!

Product mainly used for simulation gaming in particular MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe. The computer was easy to setup and it is super fast. Price was a little high but it was worth it. I highly recommend this product.

Overall great PC. Dont really notice the fans. My only issue is Ive had it about six months and the liquid cooler just went out. On the other hand, support has been great. They couldnt find the right cooler for my unit so I have to send the whole unit back which is a little bit of a pain, but the customer service has been great. Would definitely recommend to anybody!!

Amazing!

I bought this PC (RTX 3080, Liquid Water Cooled Ryzen 9 5900, 32gb Ram) specifically for gaming and I have Zero regrets! Prior to this, I have only ever gamed on console, including next gen. I am completely blown away! Games run like butter in ultra graphics! Its SO MUCH BETTER THAN CONSOLE!! I am SOOO impressed with this Beast! If youre looking to get one, Id highly advise you to get it! You too will regret Nothing!

Not sure what the deal was, but this PC had a corrupted Windows installation right off the bat. It would give blue screen after blue screen when attempting to boot into Windows. Fortunately, I was able to factory reset the Windows installation via the Alienware image in OS recovery. After that, everything has been working wonderfully. Hell of a deal on Prime Day, too; about $1k off the usual list price.

Love the PC, def a great buy, graphics are beyond amazing for the games I play. Overall i am definetly satisfied, Alienware did a really great job on this PC.

Changed my mind this computer is complete trash. It’s the worst investment I made. I’m going to have to upgrade and buy all the parts myself and will end up costing me double. It runs just like a cheap $200 computer you can get at Walmart and I think that’s an insult to Walmart computers compared to how bad this runs

As im writing this review I’m in my 2nd machine. The first one I bought decided to update on its own and kept updating for over 10 hours. Finally I restarted the machine and all the lights started to blink and I had to troubleshoot just to get it to turn on again. Then for the next week every time I’d turn on the machine I would get a “no signal” on my monitor and a black screen. More manual restarting and mashing buttons to try and get the thing to work. I returned that machine and got a replacement, and this one does the exact same thing lol. It’s shocking how bad these Alienware’s are. I will be returning this machine as well and hopefully finding something more reliable.
