Windows 11 keeps crashing, while the computer is idling. The Blue Screen appears, offering me many options, including re-installing Windows 11 and losing all installed programs and data. After determining that the problem was not caused by hardware (I told them), Alienware (Dell Computers) offered to help me with the software problem at $99 a session. Should have built from scratch, like I did my last machine 16 years ago. Will not buy another Alienware or Dell unit.

Love this computer. Upgraded from a home built I put together over 5 years ago. Video from 1060GTX to a 3080RTX so...woohoo! Play Black Desert Online in remastered mode and it looks like a picture. Fan makes some noise as others have said, but I consider it minimal, its really not bad. Looks awesome, performs even better! Got a good deal on Prime Days, so Ive had it for around a month, (saved close to $600). Runs fine, temps midrange so liquid cooling doing its job. Again, its not all that loud. I use headphones for the game and I cant even hear it even though Im sitting right next to it. Would definitely recommend. (Ryzen 5900x, 32mb ddr4, 1tb ssd plus a 2tb hdd) I think this should last me awhile.

Happy with this - runs all my games at over 300 fps (League, CSGO, Valo)

    Greater than one week

I purchased a used version from Amazon as Acceptable. It runs fine, but came with some nice Chinese Malware on it. Always run updated Defender in safe mode and wouldnt hurt to run Malwarebytes, but most importantly, always reinstall Windows yourself after getting pre-built systems.

Computer runs and looks great. Purchased as my first desktop from Alienware, and have been a long time user of their laptops. This unit runs MW2 (2022) Squad and Ready or Not with zero issues. I personally upgraded the RAM but otherwise the system is setup very well. Other users have mentioned issues with crashing or general issues and I have not experienced any of these issues. I have been running the system for about 3 weeks now with zero issues.

I bought this in good faith since Ive had great luck with my Alienware laptop, but this desktop was a hunk of junk. Out of the box with no programs or games installed it was laggy and crashed a couple times giving blue screens. I reinstalled windows and then installed some games, games would go through huge lag spikes and crash, and every now and then It would get another blue screen. My laptop never had any of these troubles. The Desktop even blue screened when emptying the trash bin or when installing updates. I ended up installing windows 10 on it incase 11 was the problem and it still didnt help, I installed the updates directly from Dells site and it didnt help, I was on tech support for days and they didnt help. This was a complete waste of time. Maybe I just got a bad one, but you would think for how expensive these are they would do some kind of testing before selling them.

Straight out of the box, it did not power on. Called Alienware/Dell customer service and they had me remove all components and retest after adding each component back to test it out. Still didnt power up so they are sending a technician out to work on it. The customer service tech assumes it is a bad motherboard. Update: Technician showed up next day, did no troubleshooting and just replaced the motherboard. The same issues occurred after he did so. He apparently had no knowledge of how to troubleshoot so he called Dell support himself. Finally they all gave up and decided it would be best to send the POS to the dell service center for repairs. They sent a box which was undersized for the alienware case. I miss the original Alienware company before the dell monster ate it.
