I went on Dyson to get a filter and omg . Purchased this one it fits and does the same job as the very expensive one

Fit is about the same. Definitely different filter setup. Dyson filter seems to have more rows of filter material packed in. The genuine Dyson filter is good for 12 months according to their website. This one says its good for 6 months, and at 6 months from when i bought it i began to notice a smell. That didn’t happen with the original Dyson filter. Not a bad filter when Dyson is out of stock, but i was able to get a Dyson brand filter to replace this one once it was done.

Fit my air purifier hot/cool Fan tower perfectly. Very pleased with product. Will order again in future. Was identical to Dyson one it came with.

Like most, I opted to try this filter over purchasing the actual Dyson filter because of the price. While they look similar, there are some obvious differences. The Dyson filter has a charcoal looking filter on the inside and has additional weight that this filter does not. The white ribbed material seems similar enough to the actual Dyson but there was a very different smell from this filter that I did not recall with the other. As I dont have the ability (or desire) to do any sort of air test to check the efficiency of the product I am unsure of how beneficial this filter actually is.

I alway use Dyson filter and it wasn’t bad for the prices ,I had little bit of trouble installing it but I did reset and it seem fine and so I would recommend this product

Dyson air filters are in the $60 price range and this filter looks and feels like the original for a 1/3 of the price so I am very happy with this purchase.

For several months I went without my Dyson fan. I submitted myself to the old school oscillating fan and didn’t think twice about buying a filter… Winter came around and I was getting cold, but once the “H2” error came up I figured I didn’t need it as much. I didn’t want to buy a brand name filter for such a high price. I made a terrible mistake going so long with a simple solution in front of me. No need for the high end Dyson filter. This will get your fan up and running in no time. Great decision! I’m looking forward to keeping my Dyson nice and fresh going into the future!

Does a great job

I’d prefer just to stick with the dyson replacement for the dyson product, but that’s not my wisest financial decision at this point in time. This replacement does the job. It’s slightly more difficult to install and uninstall, but not by much. And it was quicker to fill up/need a replacement than the name brand, but with the lower cost it is ok.
