This is my second headset. The sound was good and I was very happy with the first headset. It developed a rattle on one side which was very annoying. The warranty seemed straight forward and they accepted the headset back with an RMA very efficiently. Over 30 days have gone by and a replacement was not sent. I bought a second headset. It does not charge anymore. The batteries are dead. The RMA process is a bit lengthy and it is impossible to talk to a person. I WILL NOT PURCHASE A THIRD HEADSET. In the meantime, I’m trying other products. I do not recommend this companies products at all.

Great sound, durable & waterproof. Had an issue and customer service was amazing. Utilized warranty and had my replacement headphones in several weeks! Awesome

For outdoor exercise when you need to be aware of your surroundings these are optimal. I love them for running. Very comfortable and work great. For noise environments such as a gym that is already blaring music over their own sound system these dont work so well. Not really a fault of the product. Just pointing it out.

Product failed after 60 days. Do not buy from this seller as they will not honor returns.

The Aeroplex headphones are Light weight, comfortable and water resistant with great sound. The magnetic charging cable is excellent as well. What’s not to like? Highly recommended.

When turned all they way up they vibrate so beware. Not very comfortable to wear when this happens. Maybe good for quiet offices or libraries etc. not good for riding motorcycle etc. not a bad product overall but I do not think the technology is all the way there yet. Maybe in a few years a better model will come out

Much lighter weight. I almost forget I am wearing them. Improved batter life over the older style -- I believe the ones I had before were the titanium which I liked but these are so much better. Sound quality and microphone have also been improved and the old ones were/are not bad. For the shape of my head and ears these are even more comfortable. I am giving my old ones to a friend who is hard of hearing but can use them without his hearing aids. I dont know how but he can.

These are my newest favorite item! They are so comfortable, I often forget that they are on. They are not meant to cancel noise, so I do. It know why that is a part of the review. If you wear earplugs while also wearing the Aftershokz they do seem to have more noise canceling (obviously). They charge quickly and hold charge for many short runs. I usually charge them once every 2 weeks. The bass is not as good as normal headphones, but it is sufficient. I believe the sound quality is good. Only possible con is that the volume is fairly low for certain recordings. Modern recordings seem fine, but if you listen to some lower quality podcasts or older music the volume may be lower because of the recording quality. Other ear buds tend to hurt my ears over time and fall out often. These stay on even if I am jumping up and down while sweaty. They do not hurt my ears from extended use. LOVE THEM!

The term noise cancelling for these headphones doesnt make a lot of sense for what they are, open ear headphones. I am able to perfectly hear music and also hear what is going on around me which is what I need for my job. Adding ear plugs only makes the sound better. There is a sweet spot that you have to find to get optimal sound, trial and error until you find where works best for you. There is a multifunction capability that is very handy, allowing me to be connected to 2 devices at the same time, i.e. watching a show on my tablet and still being able to answer calls on my phone all through the headphones. Voice calling is also very clear. My only complaint is the hard band. Its flexible but it sticks out from my head so it gets in the way when you lean back on a headrest, wear a collared shirt or when I throw on my hard hat at work....I think Ive just got to get used to it still. I was very concerned about comfort when it came to wearing glasses and the headphones at the same time and I have not had a problem yet, the arm of my glasses and the headphones dont seem to get in the way of each other. So far, the battery life has been far better than the 8 hours they are rated for. I had them on and listened to music for the majority of a 15 hour shift yesterday, did not charge them last night and theyre still going strong 6 hours into todays shift and are still at a medium charge level. I was also VERY pleased to find that the headphones came with 2 chargers....how wonderful is that?!?! Music, Audiobooks, Podcasts, and calls were all stellar with the headphones, watching a show was a little tricky just because I think there is too much going on and the noise levels vary some much, the bass isnt great so I think that is the main problem with watching a show/movie on them. All in all, a little pricey but worth it for what I need them for...music to keep me sane while being required to wear hearing protection at work for long shifts.
