This is my first Acer. For someone who viewed Acer as a budget brand, this Predator Triton 500 SE has significantly changed my mind. It’s not perfect, but this is a very nice laptop! It’s expensive, but it’s still inline or even costs less than other brands with similar configurations.

Mostly just wanted to share what I didnt know.. the i9-12900H cannot be undervolted to help cool the system. You cant do it in the BIOS, or with XTU or Throttlestop.. its an Intel thing.. that being said you CAN easily control the fan speeds, etc. to try to keep the temps you want.

Wtf this is not worth the money

This laptop was a gift for my cousin and he love that lap top is very happy

Paid ~$1300 for this on sale from $1800 and got a quality machine for the price. I mostly use it for MMO gaming -- Elder Scrolls Online and Final Fantasy XIV. I play some twitchier games like Warframe and Pinball.

Ive had this laptop since august 5th now. the laptop runs very well in terms of gaming performance. plenty of space too, which i love. doesnt stay charged for more than 2 to 2.5 hours at best but I dont mind because I need the break anyway. I knew how long it ran after a single charge and dont mind at all.

It comes in a very nice packaging, I was very excited when opening it. It seems to be very well made and professional looking. Unfortunately mine came damaged and I do not have the option to exchange it for a working model through Amazon

Didnt get to use it much.

I wanted a light content creation laptop; Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. I usually go with Dell XPS Studio or equivalent but there getting quite expensive. So when this came up on lightning deal I jumped on it.

high end cpu and gpu, high end performance, worth the money
