Only issue I have had is with overheating while playing games. I ended up ordering a cooling fan to put under it to keep it at a reasonable temp, and I only play things like The Sims and Stardew so for it to be overheating after liek 45min is slightly disappointing.

Bought this to specifically play The Sims 4. Does a great job. I also bought a cooling pad that I use when I’m playing to help keep the game from getting too warm.

The fans can get really loud. But otherwise it was great. WAS because it died randomly, I think it was a problem with the keyboard, because it understood it was charging, but the power button did nothing. I am currently in the process of getting a replacement.

great computer with great performance and quality except i hear a constant echo when audio is played. I tried every solution i could find on the internet and there is still an echo. All of my other devices work fine with the same 2 headphones but when i use this there is huge echo. Predator Sense also stopped working after a few hours using this for first time.

This laptop has alot of issues. When I first got it its battery was dead and I could only use it if it was plugged into the ac adapter I sent it in for repairs which is like 2 week turn around. I got it back and then it kept crashing which I surmise is from overheating since the CPU reaches in excess of 90° even if the fans are on full with cool boost. This laptop is the worst laptop Ive ever received.

Less than a year and got a lot of troubles, the guarantee running even in the middle of a pandemic, does not validate the guarantee that obviously expired without being able to take it to a technical service due to the irregularity of the business to attend to, I do not recommend the purchase because after buying you do not receive help or in moments of emergency on behalf of ACER.

Nice gaming experience on this laptop. Quite pleased with the performance.

Super fast and runs games like wow easily. Looks great and isnt super bulky or heavy.

Was happy about the specs and price. Reviews were really good so I took the plunge on the Prime Day sale. First time turning it on I had to press the power button three times (this is with it connected to its charger.) Turned on and life was good. Finished initial setup. Went back again to start configuring it and the laptop refused to turn on. I reconnected to the power charger and the led would turn on indicating its charging but then nothing. Beyond disappointed. Returning to Amazon today. Buyer Beware.
