I am using this computer for my daily work, not for playing games. But since I am reviewing a laptop designed specifically for a game, I did downloaded a game: Fortnite and was impressed with the game’s graphic and most importantly with the ability for this computer to display the graphic without any lagging. It’s in my general knowledge that usually a laptop designed for a game is usually loaded with the latest graphic card so it can display the increasingly complex digital world in the game environment. I believe a casual gamer will be satisfied with this computer. For the rest of us however, I sincerely think that if I am ever in the market for another laptop, I would definitely look for a laptop designed for a game, like this one. With its 16GB memory and the 10th generation Intel Core 7, you get a very fast computer that can handle multiple tasks at once. For the price of $1200, I feel that I am getting a lot more than what a non-gamer laptop usually is loaded with. I also played 4K Netflix movie and very impressed with the picture. Obviously there are a lot of computers out there that priced below $1200 but I always find those computers get “old” pretty fast because they are usually made with “not the latest hardware”.

Bought this early July 2020, a great all around laptop for the price. I searched for some time to find these specs on a laptop at an affordable price and this is the cheapest I could find with i7+ 144fps 2000+ Graphics Card and enough RAM to game. It’s fast, the dual fans on it are good especially in turbo mode, to help them out more I purchased the Opolar vacuum fan and Liangstar Laptop fan, they all work great together and keep the PC under 105F (highest temp I saw it get to, with an AC running or in winter it doesn’t get above 100F ever), while gaming on ultra mode with background programs even in the hot of the summer without AC on. I also purchased the Samsung EVO 1 TB 860 and added that on, giving me additional space for storage and I store everything on that to keep the laptop’s drive clear to start up the laptop as fast it was originally designed to do so.

Bought in December of 2020. Added a 1TB SSD which was pretty straight forward. This thing runs 2 external monitors and the built in monitor all year long. I run two instances of WoW along with various streaming services. As of March 2023 I’m having to replace the 16GB of RAM but upgrading to 32GB in the process. Bummed to see the RAM malfunction so soon but I’m looking forward to the upgrade and hoping this machine lasts me another couple of years.

Nice computer But after about a month one of the fans got a really bad vibration and their solution is for me to mail the computer to them and be without a computer for 20 some days ...........

I decided on this laptop after I tried three other ones and so far I’m very happy with my purchase:) I’m glad Amazon had it because Best Buy was sold out nationwide! Not touch screen tho :/

This laptop is one of the top for what your getting for it. 2060, i7 10th gen, 16 gigs of installed RAM. Build is great all around. Couldnt be more happy that with this purchase.

Normally, youd expect a computer to not emit a loud whining noise at low CPU usage, when youre not doing anything. This computer, even when the temperature and CPU usage are low, emits an unacceptably loud whining noise from the GPU-side fan, like someone is whistling or making tea. Not acceptable, especially at this price range.
