Usually would run about on average 8hr, stock configs, would always run pretty hot, keyboard gets uncomfortably hot to touch. Loud fan during gaming, jet engine in your room during turbo mode… 2 years is a bit short time for it to die. Motherboard is soddered so not replaceable

Great product for the price. Be wary when buying this laptop from other places, as it may not come with the 144hz refresh rate that is advertised here.

Does exactly what I want it to, it does tend to run hot but I expected that, I would be using a cooling pad but it got lost in transit, so waiting on that, once I get the cooling pad I should be good to go

I bought this for my teenage for Christmas 2020. He has had overheating problems several times, but it always sits on a desk. He accidentally hit the screen with a metal water bottle and the lcd behind cracked. The computer was on and working, but we couldnt see anything past the digital mess. Went online, did my research, bought a new screen. Replacement was easy, but as soon as I closed the computer it would not turn back on. I searched for answers and this is apparently a more common problem then it should be. Decided to take it to Geek Squad so that I dont ruin something. They returned it unrepaired. They confirmed the screen was the correct on and installed correctly. They checked the mother board and everything is connected and getting power. They checked battery and charging cable. I brought it home and spent several hours doing research. I have literally tried EVERYTHING and this thing is done. What a complete waste of $1600!!!! This is the last Acer product I will ever buy.

It was really good for the one day that everything worked, then after day 2 the sound stopped working entirely saying that there was no audio device installed (including the built in speakers), and then on day 4 it blue screened on me permanently saying windows 10 isn’t working on the computer. FYI amazon won’t help you if you have a problem, I called their “tech support” that was really just white noise over the phone and then I went to see if I could get a replacement and they could offer me that either.

Awsome gaming laptop super fast easy to use.

I bought this product as an early Christmas present to myself. Thus far its functioned great as a gaming laptop. Ive run out of storage quickly but you can get an external hard drive to help with that. The screen occasionally flickers while Im in chrome, I cant tell if its the computer or chrome itself. It may be the computer so Ill redo this review in a few months.

The casing is sturdy, I am really impressed with the gaming performance from this laptop. The battery will last for a few hours if not gaming. I love the RGB keyboard and the 144hz screen is so smooth. I am very happy with this laptop and would recommend it to anybody looking for a great gaming laptop at a good price.

This computer seems to run any game I need it to aswell as does very well with Photoshop and Lightroom. Does get a little hot but overall works perfectly
