I wasnt expecting Deep Thought or anything. I know Im buying a notebook for $300 but it lags really badly right out of the box. Even just opening Chrome after it boots up you have to wait yp to 10 seconds for the mouse cursor to respond again. Theres only one account registered on it, I dont save anything locally or in the cloud I use an external drive. I really only use it to draft emails and manage some documents for my nonprofit support group.

Our first chrome book. We will use it mostly for web browsing and writing. It starts up very quickly and handles multiple web pages being open simultaneously. Should have switched to chrome book sooner!

This is the first Chromebook Ive owned and I have to say it is a great laptop ! I love the 2 in 1 function with the stylus built in. Its a great size for drawing. Computer is fast to load up and the battery life is fine even when using the touchscreen for an extended period of time. The aspect ratio of the screen is not ideal for watching movies but for everything else its great! The biggest limitation is the amount of programs available for Chromebook vs. Windows or Mac so it really depends what you are wanting to use it for.

The seller description described this as gaming-friendly. Since it is not windows compatible, I cannot download any software onto it. I couldn’t even download my sons school software onto it. Anything you can download is an OS (phone) size and quality. I paid $998 before taxes/fees and the current listing sells for $399, even though I bought this in the last year. The seller would not admit to false advertising nor accept a return. Beware of this seller- you do not get what you pay for.

I recently bought a pretty expensive hp pavillion PC, the screen looked so horrible and pixels where visible, maybe because I was use to my old chromebook. I bought this new chromebook and love it, the screen could be brighter but its its vibrant and the resolution is great. Easy to use, not like windows this works just like my android phone. I wanted a PC but I hate windows and mac so I chose a chromebook.

This laptop is great for the price. I do wish the screen was more clear.

Was looking for a top end android system for work, unfortunately half the apps that I need for work wont install on chrome os.

I got a refurb of this product, and there is absolutely not anything that indicates this.

use as general computer. it is a little bit on the heavy side.

Though a bit heavy, this chromebook does not disappoint. Some highlights for me include lighted keyboard, fanless/silent operation beautiful screen and premium look & feel. USB type C charger is great and my USB-C car charger will charge it at a reduced rate. Biggest deficiency? The audio just isnt loud enough.
