I was gifted an HP xw9400 workstation a while back, but without memory. On researching the memory requirements, I finally found same in the A-Tech ECC RAM DDR2-667 MHz. I ordered 4 modules. They install in pairs. On receiving and testing, I discovered one of the modules arrived defective and began troubleshooting to isolate the defective module. I reached out to Amazon Customer Services for assistance. Amazon Customer Services reviewed and offered a refund. I am completely satisfied with Amazons prompt response and gave five (5) stars.
