If you need any questions answered the seller is happy to help and understanding if any thing goes wrong during shopping or if the item were to come damaged or the item did not meet you expectation. The ink works with my hp office jet 6978 and the colored ink is very vibrant and looks great when printed on the paper. The black looks good too and the cartridges are a good size that will last a while. Overall I recommend this item.
