I have a laptop with 2 usb ports. With a wireless mouse and keyboard I was constantly having to unplug one if I was using a flash drive etc. This USB hub has 4 ports and solves my problem perfectly. Yay!

Easy to use works great

This adapter performs flawlessly at full USB3 data speed. Having ample USB capacity has really simplified the use of my laptop PC. I love it! The cord is thick, like the one on my LAN port dongle. Cord is about 6 long. The 4-port receptor on the end is plastic, making it lightweight.

Its a hub. Works like its supposed to.

I have only just started using this 4-port hub but so far am happy with it. I cannot verify its speed rating but it is working for what I need. It has a feature that I didnt expect which may eventually become helpful: a separate port where you can plug in a USB wall-wart power supply if you want to power devices that need more than your computers USB port can supply.

I bought this specifically for my PS4. My PS4 that I use from my specific custom travel case that has a monitor and speakers built in.The PS4 only has 2 USB ports. The speakers that come with my case are USB connected to the PS4. My controller, external HD(will not work unless connected directly to the PS4) and the speakers had me one USB port too little.I received this within 2 days of ordering and has been a problem free solution to my USB port dilemma. It’s unbelievably light, and works great for my controller and speakers. Highly recommend this to anyone needing more USB ports.

I got a new computer for work and it only had one USB port. Argh. I have a usb dongle for my wireless keyboard and keyboard and also have a usb connection for my video camera. What is a person to do? Query “usb extenders” on Amazon and find this listing. I’m not looking to charge any devices, which this clearly indicates is NOT a function of the item. Instead, it allows me to plug in 4 different usb devices at once with ease. I’m not super technical, so I’m not sure if this item has any of particular flaws or latency. But for my rather pedestrian use, it’s sufficient and greatly appreciated.
